I. Promotions General Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Condition and any additional applicable terms posted on our platforms. We may periodically make changes to the Promotions and Bonuses Terms and Conditions and will notify you by posting the modified terms on our Platforms. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We recommend that you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly.

1.1. By participating in Promotions and Bonuses, you agree to be contacted and asked permission to participate in any reasonable publicity events/ campaigns. This may include the use of your name and image in on-line publicity, in e-mails and through any other print or social media without additional compensation. If you do not agree with this, Fortune Five recommends you do not enter into the Promotions and Bonuses.

1.2. Participants in Promotions and Bonuses agree that their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Fortune Five , for the purposes of administering the prize.

1.3. Employees of Fortune Five , its group companies and their service providers and their families are not eligible to participate in Promotions and Bonuses.

1.4. As a condition of your entry into the Promotions and Bonuses, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such participation.

1.5. To be eligible for any Promotion or Bonus, you must register as a member, KYC verified your account and deposit the amount specified in the applicable Promotion Terms (as a single transaction) into your account during the time period specified in the Promotion Terms.

1.6. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, all offers only apply to customers who have made an actual/real money deposit with Fortune Five .

1.7. All Promotions and Bonuses are limited to one (1) per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, e-wallets account etc.) and IP address /shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

1.8. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already registered and already claimed a promotion and/or bonus, will be suspended and any promotion and/or bonuses and the winnings generated by them, credited to both accounts will be withdrawn.

1.9. Fortune Five , at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotions and/or close the accounts with immediate effect.

1.10. In general, Fortune Five , at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any or all offers, bonuses and promotions.

• The website is subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party;

• The terms of the offer or any terms of Fortune Five have not been adhered to;

1.11. By accepting any promotion or bonus, the player automatically accepts and agrees with the specific Terms and Conditions of the bonus credited, the Promotions and Bonuses General Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Condition of Fortune Five .

II. How to claim your bonus

2.1. Register on Fortune Five

2.2. During the registration you will be asked to provide the registration bonus code you wish to claim.

2.3. For any deposit type bonus, you can opt in during the deposit procedure by submitting the relevant code.

2.4. For any Loyalty/Cashback/Booster and Birthday bonus, your account will be top-up automatically, if you had chosen to participate in the automatic promotional campaign.

III. Qualifications requirements

3.1. For a participant to be entitled to any of the Promotions and Bonuses, the following steps must be completed:

• Register on Fortune Five

• Activate your account through the Welcome email.

• Complete the account’s KYC verification procedure by uploading the following:

  • Colored Photocopy/Photo of your ID card, Passport or Driver's License. We need to see your full name, D.O.B and Expiry Date;

  • 2 clear Selfies (self-portrait) while holding the front and back sides of the document you chose, under your chin;

  • Colored Photocopy/Photo of a recent Utility bill / Bank statement (no older than 3 months) showing the issue date, your name, your address and the company logo;

*Any document in PDF format and/or Screenshots will not be accepted.

3.2. Customers refusing to complete the KYC verification according to our Terms & Conditions, will not be entitled for any Promotions and Bonuses.

3.3. Please be advised that you may be required to provide additional documentation later on and certain restrictions may apply until we have successfully fully verified your account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

3.4. For a participant to be eligible for any Deposit Bonus, you must register as a member, KYC verified your account and deposit the amount specified in the applicable Promotion Terms (as a single transaction) into your account during the time period specified in the Promotion Terms.

3.5. Qualification Requirements may vary and are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of a given offer.

IV. Wagering Requirements

4.1. Any offer by default is subject to a seventy (70) times wagering requirement before bonus funds can turn in cash balance in the player's Account, unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer.

4.2. Any offer by default shall expire after thirty (30) days of being added to the player’s account, if the player has not met the wagering requirements, unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer.

4.3. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, the maximum bet amount to contribute to the reduction of the wagering requirement of an active bonus is 5€. If bets higher than 5€ are placed, only 5€ will count towards the wagering requirements and Fortune Five holds the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel such bets and any gathered winnings from them, if it believes that any irregular game play or fraudulent activity has occurred.

4.4. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, the minimum bet amount to contribute to the reduction of the wagering requirement of an active bonus is 0.50€. Any bets lower than 0.50€ will not counts towards the wagering requirements. If the remaining bonus balance drops down below the minimum bet amount, that will result in automatic cancellation of the current offer.

V. Withdrawing a bonus

5.1. While there is an active bonus on a player’s account, the withdrawal option will not be available, unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer.

5.2. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, once all stipulated wagering requirements have been met, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of five (5) times your deposit amount and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of Fortune Five . Note: Progressive Jackpot wins are exempt from this clause.

5.3. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, a maximum withdrawal from the generated winnings for any Bonus, granted with no deposit being made, is capped at 50€ and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.4. While there is an active bonus on a player’s account, all generated winnings are credited to the bonus balance, until all stipulated wagering requirements are met, unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer.

5.5. For Live Racing Promotions and Bonuses only: All generated winnings will be proportionally divided between cash balance and bonus balance, according to the percentage used for the bet.

VI. Canceling a bonus

6.1. The active bonuses and their progress can be monitoring in the bonus section of the player’s account.

6.2. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, canceling the active promotion or bonus will result in forfeiting the bonus balance and any generated winnings from the specific offer.

6.3. Cancellation can only be done before you have started playing with the bonus. Once you have placed a bet/wager, the bonus cannot be canceled.

6.4. To cancel an active bonus, please visit the bonus section on your account and press the cancel button (X) on the upper right side of the bonus box.

VII. Bonus categories and types

7.1. All promotions and bonuses are sorted by:

Categories - Sports, Live casino, Live racing and Casino games (including slot games, casino games, virtual sports and live games);

Type - Registration bonus, Deposit bonus, Reload bonus, Loyalty/Cashback/Booster bonus and Special bonus ( including Birthday, Refer a friend and etc.).

7.2. Multiple active type bonuses are allowed if they are from different categories. For example: if you have currently active Deposit type bonus for Live casino category you can also apply for Loyalty/Cashback type bonus for Live racing category, but not for Live casino category.

7.3. Unless stated to the contrary in the specific terms of a given offer, any category Promotion and Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion from the same category.

7.4. Fortune Five is not liable for any losses incurred due to incomplete accumulated promotions in the event of a time-frame elapsed.

VIII. Bonus Abuse and Bonus Fraud

We offer our valued customers promotions and bonuses to reward them. However, we have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and bonus related fraudulent activity on accounts.

8.1. If any bonus abuse or bonus related fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend player account until further investigation. The funds will remain in the players account during this time.

8.2. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already claiming a promotion or bonus, will not be eligible for any promotions or bonuses and any prizes credited to both accounts will be withdrawn.

8.3. What constitutes bonus abuse or bonus related fraudulent activity shall be at the sole discretion of Fortune Five. Examples show below:

• Using more than one account;

• Bonus stacking (where multiple deposits are made to claim multiple bonuses, before original bonus wagering requirements are met);

• Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements);

• Multiple account strategy / proxy account strategy;

• Using a VPN or masking IP address;

• Taking advantage in case that, the website being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party;

• Affiliate CPA or revenue share abuse;

IX. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. A thorough investigation will be conducted if the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

• Participating in any type of collusion with other players;

• Development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;

• Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;

• Chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;

• Creating two or more accounts;

Other types of cheating and bonus abuse:

• While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to engage in activities that give the player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to, these:

(a) Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements.

(b) Leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.

(c) Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play,

(d) Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
